Copenhagen Embroidered Ornament Beer
Danes have been brewing and drinking beer for over a thousand years,
and Copenhagen is the birthplace of renowned Danish brewery, Carlsberg.
The Danish vernacular has many monikers for its favourite beverage,
perhaps the most charming of which is håndbajer, which translates directly into hand-beer.
It’s a word that specifically refers to a beer that you drink directly from the bottle,
preferably under blue skies on a warm summer’s day.
